Vegan

A vegan diet focuses on anti-cruelty and is one where no animal products are used. Mammazulu’s products are dairy free anyway, and our vegan range excludes honey and egg.

We use fruit, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, oil, vegan butter and vegan sweeteners in our vegan products.

Keto

A keto diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that helps lower blood sugar and insulin levels, and shifts the body’s metabolism away from carbs and towards fat and ketones.

Ingredients we use in our keto range include egg, oil, vegan butter, nuts (including nut based flours and nut butters), seeds and low-carb vegetables. Sweeteners we use are stevia or erythritol.

Gluten Free

Gluten is a protein that is found in grains such as wheat, barley, spelt and rye. A large number of people are sensitive to gluten or have wheat allergies.

Our Gluten Free products are made with alternative rice flour, ragi, jowar, coconut flour, almond flour etc.

Paleo

A paleo or Palaeolithic diet is also called a caveman or stone-age diet and includes food people typically ate before modern agriculture developed and dairy, legumes and grains became a part of people’s diets.

Ingredients we use in our paleo range include fruit, vegetables, nuts (including nut based flours and nut butters), seeds, eggs, oil and natural sugars such as honey, maple syrup, dates, jaggery or coconut sugar.
